Today was my first experience with Rhea plumbing as I had contacted my normal plumber who was busy but recommended them. I called at 8am and by 10am they were at my house and quickly fixed the problem. The lady who took my call was very nice along with the guys who showed up. They were quick, friendly and did a fantastic job. I will definitely recommend them in the future.

Sunday, lawnmower hits spigot pipe and cracks main pvc delivery line. I go to the hardware store 40 mins away and get all the parts, or so I thought. I didn’t have a coupler, so I rednecked it with duct tape (see my handiwork on the third pic ‍♂️). Called Rhea at 8a on Monday. Plumbing companies are swamped at this time. They just opening and the backlog of calls is lengthy. Katie picked up as I’m leaving a VM about my water main being broken. She says she’ll figure out a way to get it done today. 11am, JJ calls me, says he’ll reach out after 2 when he’s on his way from a different client an hour away. 3:30, Greg calls and says he has the parts needed and will arrive shortly. Greg arrives and seems to magically weave a spell on my kids who supervise his work. He talks with my kids like they’re best friends. Turns out, Greg has kids in the same grade as mine and at the same school. He finishes the repair and also fixes a second spigot that I also screwed up on Sunday. Then he pressurizes the system and it’s perfect! We have water!! Katie, JJ and Greg…Top Marks across the board!

I use Rhea plumbing a lot. Everytime I call I’m greeted by a friendly and professional person who assesses my problems and gets the right people here asap. The plumbers and assistants who come out are always efficient, clean, and professional. I wish I didn’t have so many plumbing issues but I’m sure glad Rhea Plumbing is available in Llano.

Had a well pump go out on us, Miller electric came out same day and did an amazing job replacing our pump and wiring. Pricing was more than fair and service was outstanding! Highly recommend!

Used these nice folks to install our well pumps. Super great people, honest and fair. We were very grateful how they worked us into their already busy schedule. They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. Highly recommend!

Numerous times over the past 3 years Donny and the crew have promptly and properly fixed or upgraded our water supply. They’ve always been professional, and do quality work so things are fixed the first time. We’ve come to depend on them and I highly recommend them for all your water supply needs.

Pecan Creek Water is the absolute best! I've used them multiple times now on a dozen jobs in south Llano County (usually in adverse conditions and always in super tough terrain) and every time they have done a five star job. The first and only crew I'll call for all my water service needs!

Donny has been great to work with for years. He takes good care of us, and has helped us when we’ve been in a bind in a few instances.
